As a student in the West Virginia University School of Medicine (WVU SoM), you will have access to study and work in the Robert C. Byrd Health Sciences Center, a large, modern medical complex that also includes the Schools of Dentistry, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Public Health. The Health Sciences campus is comprised of three hospitals, a physician office building, and state-of-the-art cancer, heart and vascular, and eye centers. The medical degree program serves approximately 450 students with a variety of educational offerings, and WVU SoM faculty provide advanced clinical care to more than 100,000 West Virginians throughout the state. With three campuses located in Morgantown, Charleston , and Eastern our students have the opportunity to serve all areas of this beautiful state.
